Visited today to look for a dress for an occasion, saw some lovely ones but unfortunately weren't in my size. The staff were amazing in helping me find something else. I found a lovely black dress which I can't wait to wear for the occasion at the end of November. Thankyou Phase Eight.

My very own pretty woman moment. Visited yesterday and totally ignored after waiting a while then entering the changing room despite 2 staff running around for 1 other lady and no one else in the store.I loved a dress I tried on but wanted to think about it so they offered to put it behind the till, when I returned to purchase they had put it back onto the shop floor, clearly thinking I wasn't coming back for the dress and it was the only one in my size.The second lady who served me was much more helpful though and couldn't do enough for me, maybe due to her rude colleague putting back my dress because she didn't think I could afford it or whatever her reason.If it hadn't been such a lovely dress I wouldn't of purchased anything from this store. In fact I went home and purchased the accessories I tried online instead.Left feeling quite upset, to be honest. Perhaps think about how you look down your noses at people in future.

Had to share what a fantastic experience I had shopping at phase eight Meadowhall. Cora was instrumental in that, she was honest and patient with me, assisting me with accessories etc. although I couldn?t thank her enough yesterday I wanted to make sure her manager knows what an absolute star she is.

Outstanding service and care. Kora was absolutely brilliant! She spent ages with us suggesting shoes, bags, fascinators and jackets to go with the dress of choice. Kora even nipped next door to Hobbs in search of the right accessories. She went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough. Outstanding visit.

Beautiful clothes, well displayed. A little pricey but probably worth it. The shop and changing rooms were very clean. The best thing was the staff who were exceedingly helpful and professional. I was assisted without hesitation by an assistant who was polite and cheerful. I was relaxed throughout which aided my choices. I would definitely recommend the place.

My experience at Phase Eight was wonderful. The staff at the store were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help me find what I was looking for. The shop itself had a good variety of clothes and accessories. I was able to buy just what I was hoping for.
