Dale at Pets at Home is absolutely amazing! He?s always so helpful and patient, whether it?s assisting customers or tidying up all the cat food shelves. We have two Ragdolls, and once their oil got really messy in-store ? Dale spent the time and care to clean it all up without any fuss. That really showed how much pride he takes in his work and how much he genuinely cares.
He?s super friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about both his job and animals. Every visit, he makes the experience easier and more pleasant. Dale is a true credit to the Pets at Home team!

The staff at the vets are amazing, our dog Robbie was really poorly recently and they couldn't have done a better job, he spent 2 days here and is now making good recovery. Thanks to all concerned.

My partner and I had a great experience with this Pets at Home! Dale was super helpful on both our visits, helping us to find the right cat toys to keep ours entertained. Angie H. was also extremely helpful with food advice after our kittens struggle with their sensitive stomachs! Thanks guys :)
