Go to the Pandora on the bottom floor, the staff on the upper floor was a bit rude and dismissive of me when I was in last. Downstairs is bigger but has a bit of a wait.

Awful customer service, me and my partner waited in the queue and then entered the store, we waited patiently by a till to be served by staff, after 15 minutes a member of staff came to us and asked us to wait, but after double glancing at us and realising we are quite young, we were asked to join the back of the queue, we explained that we had waited in the queue and have been waiting to be served for a while, the member of staff did not listen to us and insisted we joined the extensive queue, after this we decide to leave and not make a fuss, however, the Pandora downstairs has much better communication and customer treatment

Given below reviews, this isn?t the first time this has happened.We were in your Pandora store at Meadowhall on the ground floor today, about 20 mins ago.This was the second time of the day we?d been in, we browsed earlier, had lunch and then went back to buy two rings.We had no issue with the first visit, so we just did the same thing for the second.When we entered, there were people around the counter but there was no queue, nor anyone telling us where we should go. As earlier, my partner and I waited at the counter. We waited for 30 mins plus, and at that time the queue got bigger and bigger. A lady came over and nicely asked us if we?d been served.I said no, not yet. She said well we have a queueing system you need to join. We tried to explain there hadn?t been anyone waiting when we came in, and she said we had to join the back of the queue, which by now was outside the door. She spoke over us, and patronised us. My partner said it?s fine we will go and we will leave feedback. She shouted loudly (for everyone to hear) it?s fine my name is Maria French for your complaint.I feel like Maria French has been complained about many times before from this response?.I?ve worked in customer service for years and suffered abuse from customers, and still would not have spoken to someone as she spoke to us. We were polite, tried to explain the situation.We were spoken to like children, embarrassed in front of everyone in the shop and this has ruined a really good day.Maria should consider that not everyone has bad intentions. We weren?t queue jumping, and it was unfair for her to tell us to go to the back of the queue, none of which had been waiting anywhere near as long as we had.I?m so upset by this. I don?t know if Maria was a manager or a member of staff but the way she behaved, and her attitude to us was disgusting.I never complain. I understand how challenging retail is at this time of year but I am honestly in shock at the experience. We will never return.She had a tone of superiority, was patronising and really needs an intensive course on speaking to and listening to customers.

Staff are so helpful and friendly here as with every Pandora ive visited .They give you time to decide with no pressure .I love buying my pandora gifts .Its a lovely experience .

Very poor service after watching me stand at the counter waiting for over 40 mins no one asked me if I was ok or anything! Eventually they starting serving customers who can in after me! When I asked why they tutted and said I wasn?t in the queue when I asked why after watching me stand there (there was no queue when I arrived) would they not say sorry can you stand in this section here I assumed because the store was practically empty I wouldn?t have to stand in the non existent queue the when I then apologised and said I wasn?t aware of the queuing system she sniggered and said we?ll now you have to go to the back (at this point ten people had arrived) the lack of courtesy communication or even kindness is beyond me she say I was with my new born also she was un empathetic rude and arrogant I?ve never been snubbed in far more superior jewellery brands yet Pandora ? staff think they?re above their customers utterly disrespectful and just ignorant the scoffing chuckles eye rolls were completely unnecessary was my first and last visit here I went and got a lovely bracelet from Monica vinader instead!

Manager Stacey doesn't know her staff are giving NHS discount then talks down to customers when they ask. Dont shop here!

Was served today by Imogen. This lady is a credit to your company. Imagen made the difficult christmas gift selection more bearable. Was super friendly, knowable and super friendly to both my kids. Fantastic lady

Natasha (upper level store) made the experience a lot easier. I was a liitle overwhelmed with the choices and he was such a help in guiding me through the process.Her own jewellery inspired me to make a further purchase!Thank you Natasha! I will come to you again.

Pandora store upstairs in Meadowhall daughter went in as the clasp on her bracelet kept coming open told her she needed a bank statement to prove it was a Pandora bracelet she returned 20 minutes later as we found the statement she was looking for to hear a member of staff say oh she?s back again she did get the bracelet fixed after showing proof it?s not good Pandora people pay hundreds for your jewellery this needs addressing with your staff ?

But there is one lady with blonde hair, possible the manager/supervisor who looks miserable and fed up of being there. She needs sacking, or re-training on customer service, I would not allow someone like her managing my business. Stands around looking bored allowing the young lasses to do all the work. Very poor experience, wont be returning.
