Very poor, took 1hour 10 mins to deliver a pizza and chips , turned them away when they tried to deliver it as I ordered from another takeaway and got same order in 20 mins , never go there again

this account probably isn't active. but we have just ordered 3 chicken fillet burgers and chips . well one should have been wedges and it wasn't. and I cheese a Tom garlic bread. the chicken fillets have got to be the worst one I have ever had. did you 3d print them as they were very dry and hard. don't think a&e staff will be ordering from you again.

The pizzas were palatable at its best, but the customer service is far than worst. We've ordered multiple times (as it's the only few halal food nearby when we were hungry and no time to cook after work), but this time we had a strand of hair in one of the pizzas which immediately make me feel like throwing up. Called the shop (same phone number that we called to place order), the phone operator didn't really pick up what I'm saying and just said 'you've called the wrong number, we are only taking order'. After being adamant to just proceed with complaint he then just said they'll resend it, WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE SORRY. I said no we don't want another pizza nor a refund, just want to report what's found in the pizza. And he just said okay bye. Never ever gonna buy from them again. They're just. Plain.Rude.

Worst pizza ever avoid.Ordered the meal deal and never got the topping requested, ask for beef mince and was given chopped up smoked salami disgusting, dough was nasty and cheese had a hum to it yuk, would have give it 0 stars but didn't have the option, was recommended to me by a friend, don't now what kind of taste he has,I'll stick to prime pizza and universal.Don't waste your money.

Waited over an hour for delivery when originally said 45 minutes then when the food got here all chips were piping hot but soggy and overcooked very brown looking chips which just tasted like grease as though they?ve been stuck in the microwave. Chicken wrap was very dry the wrap was literally hard, chicken also dry and just thrown together no salad on or anything with no option to add salad. Ordered a chocolate pudding they sent a completely different pudding and when I rang up all they could say was it?s similar to the chocolate pudding but it was at all. Burger was okay. Overall spent £20 to still be hungry after very disappointed.

Had the worst experience ever, the food was cold and rank. The chips were preheated from yesterday. The food was not cooked right at all. Sent me another one out and it was freezing cold like it had never been on the grill, the bun was warmer than the burger itself. I can't leave a rating lower than one star but if I could I'd leave zero. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!

Cold kebab don't look what's on a burger ie I asked 4 no salad but came wiv salad n garlic mayo just 1 can I find a gd takeaway in s5 ffs oasis is a bad place to order from when i complained the owner asked me to come down n he seen I was right but I had to travel 30 mins coz my order was a mess
