Needed to cancel my account & got nowhere using customer service on the phone! Iris at the Crystal Peaks shop was very helpful & sorted everything efficiently.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My grandmother came in after being scammed by a number claiming to be O2. She is extremely vulnerable and was shaken as anyone would be. After coming in the first time, a man helped her telling her it won?t be scammed again. A few days later they struck again, so she went in again. Iris told her she wasn?t in contract anymore and had until the 3rd of September to move elsewhere. She was given a PACK code and left the shop. Days later she received a bill of £546 that she had to pay by the 28th of August. The service she has received from these people has been terrible, as a vulnerable person she has been completely taken advantage of. Iris later denied telling her she was out of contract although my auntie was also there to back my grandmothers claims. I would avoid O2 at all costs unless you want to land a £500 bill! We will be going to Watchdog and the news outlets so O2 can finally resolve the issue instead of ignoring, denying and lying.

Iris and Masie has not been very helpful at all. When I came in for a simple enquiry they were not willing to help. I was thrown my sim card to the table and were not helpful at all. These staff were not professional but rude. We went to Shahid who had helped us and dealt with us very professionally. High respect to Shahid, very professional and made us welcome and valued as customers. Thank you Shahid.

I wanted to purchase a new SIM card and transfer my current mobile number to the new SIM card. I thought it would be easier and quicker to do this in the store. But not having any ID I was turned away. Thankfully 02 customer services were extremely helpful and have sent a new SIM card in the post. The very helpful person on the phone asked me to call when the new SIM card arrived and they will transfer my current number without any quarrel or problems. If you need a phone, go to the shop by all means, but if you need customer services, call 02 from your phone. Staff are not always helpful in this store.
