If I could give zero I would. Next clothes aren't the same any more poor quality and kids character prints wash off in the wash and in this store never no staff about. This isn't the shopfloor staff issue that is a company and management problem! I used to work here so would know it's just gets rubbisher so don't envy anyone that works here still.

Might be useful if the website reflected the correct opening times turned up at 8.30 after checking web which says open at 8 am on Saturday only to find it does not open until nine other customers had also done the same. Come on next customer services get it updated to reflect correct times it?s not that hard !!

Went in Crystal Peaks store this morning. Waited at checkout. Assistant was dealing with a lady that had returned a garment. Must have been faulty as she was scrutinizing it. She had a face like thunder. Never spoke to the customer. 2 more member of staff stood at the end of the counter. Never acknowledged anyone. After 10 minutes I put my item back and walked out. I spent ages trying the perfumes and looking at all the clothes while the perfume testers settled on my skin. It was a treat shopping day. I had looked online and decided I'd try my local Next store instead of buying from ebay or amazon. You need to smell the fragrances for a birthday treat. Wow the Next Pink was lovely just what I wanted. Although Cashmere was also in the running. I finally chose a gift set and went to pay. It was £16. The assistant said it was £18 pay 'when you're ready'. I pointed out the price error and after standing there being ignored and obviously no one cared whether I waited or not - I walked out. Lost sale for the High Street - winner for online. Don't you sales assistants see what's happening and care about the company and your job? Apparently not. Two sales staff were looking after a return. Check your CCTV and see how you're losing sales.

I love Next, lots of different styles for everyone. The quality is always great. I won't go anywhere else now as nowhere can compete. I can order at home and get free delivery try on without the hassle of a changing room, not to mention those awful mirrors. Returns are easy too. Keep it up Next!!!

Bought a sofa set from next waited 8weeks paid £1.556 , cash, delivered wrong colour and fabric also wrong size ? have waited 10 + days for my money back which should have been today , telling me there is an error on the system ? so now have to wait another 10 days to get cash back, disgusting beware, also they couldn't care less thatI am i an oap need my money ?am still sitting on garden chairs ?
