Usually lovely staff working there, but the male manager was extremely rude. Regardless of what was being asked of him, I don't expect to be treated like a child and spoken to in a condescending tone. If he doesn't want to be there, don't take that out on a customer with your bad attitude, and he was even speaking rudely to the member of staff who asked for his help like he isn't getting paid for being a manager. Will not be shopping at this new look anymore, there is clearly a reason he doesn't work at the meadowhall new look as that is where the classy and professional managers get placed. If you want good service, the staff on the tills are happy to help, just got to hope you don't need anything else otherwise you'll get an ill-mannered manager reluctant to offer any service to you.

The manger at The Moor Sheffield was so rude to a young girl trying to return something within the 28 day period but she had no tag but had the receipt.The zip was faulty and as he could not see the fault he assumed the customer was being dishonest despite being within the 28 day return policy.He was so condescending I will never shop there again. What a disgrace of a man you are, how do you sleep at night?Do not shop there go to Meadowhall branch the staff are so much more nicer and the manager is wonderful.He needs to be sent on a customer service course.

This is a fantastic shop with very helpful staff. I was struggling with a gift for my partner when a young lady asked if I needed help. I jokingly said yes and explained, she immediately started asking questions what does she like what size and what price range. I told her she picked me out a few things I ended up buying all 3. If I could remember her name I would put it on. I just hope she wasn't a Christmas temp but if I go back and see her I will update this post ?

New look the shop is well presented and up to date in their fashion sense, staff were very willing to help people with their professionalism, would recommend for people to visit when on the moore in Sheffield.

A big shop with plenty of choice wish they had more staff on tills had to queue to get served waited a while the staff were very pleasant and helpfull
