Came into store on Sunday had a £20. gift card from Christmas I don?t get to personal shop very often found a lovely pair of jeans 29.99 so didn?t mind putting the extra towards I have a blue light card I asked if the store accepts them unknowing to me it had ran out of date she was very rude as she explained I couldn?t use it was clear I am a carer I had my uniform name badge etc

Usually shop at New Look all the time, but this store in particular was rather messy and unorganised with rails/clothing all over the place. We couldn't find any staff and ended up just leaving the clothes we picked up. I will carry on shopping at new look, but just not this store specifically.
