Simon (wearing a denim shirt) was very thoughtful. He could see I was feeding my baby and asked if we wanted our meals put back under the heaters until we were finished. Small gestures like that stand out!

As a delivery coming to collect an order which was clearly ready but was asked to sit down and wait 2 minutes as she served the customers thought she would pass me the order when she served the one person but no she wanted to serve all 3 I wasn't having it they number of staff flying past me i just asked one the staff to kindly pass me the order now you guys ask yourself how long was that order waiting there how many delivery drivers declined that order because meadowhall is not worth the hassle and then when a driver does come you just wanna be awkward and pass him cold food which is going on a 5 mile journey to get even more cold most time staff are fine here but i do think twice when i accept meadowhall jobs but after this experience maybe will think 3 or 4times we drivers are fed up of this.

I visited nando?s yesterday. the staff were friendly and helpful. however, me and my partner order starters yet the main meals and starters arrived together. our food was also cold and tough like it had been re heated. I also ordered rice as an extra side and it was half full and hard. Nando?s is one of my favourites so I was disappointed.

Great food and outstanding service from Ruby ?.. we could not have asked for better attention and ensuring our meals were exactly as we wanted and ensuring we were happy customers . Top service Ruby ? you were fantastic and a credit to the company

The cutlery was absolutely filthy. Even after having it replaced, the replacements were dirty. Clearly they need to invest in better dishwashers. Food was good, but the hygiene really lets it down. The hyg raters need to pay a visit it seems.

We went during peak lunch time during school holidays. Big queue outside but we waited no more then 10 mins. Once ordered the food it was very quick to arrive and within 15 mins and it was hot. My previous and only experience at (a different) Nandos wasn't good but I am happy to say this was a very good experience.

My son and I had A Nandos meal at meadowhall today and she staff were fantastic especially the adorable Ruby she was friendly kind and very professional also Mubarack very friendly also , i will definitely visit here again thankyou for the lovely experienc.

After a heavy night in Sheffield, I woke up and fancied a cheeky Nando?s.
Meadowhall was the closest one to the way home, arrived at 11:45 the food arrived at 11:50. Dry plain and disgusting. Did they use the food from yesterday? I feel like they did. I absolutely love Nando?s and I?ve never had an experience like this ever. Won?t be coming back to this Nando?s again, heartbroken isn?t even the word.
