Standard Nando-chain restaurant. It was quite busy as it was a Saturday evening and the food took quite a while. Ordering through an app, which I prefer to having to talk to a waiter.
Food is the same as in other Nando-places. If you like chicken then you'll like this. If not, then there are not that many choices.

Harassed by two different members of staff if I?m finished when I was clearly still eating my food - once half way through my meal - didn?t appear to be asking anyone else. Won?t be coming back to this store. No real apology from the staff when I brought it up - offered more food which clearly I wouldn?t want to be hassled again or stay longer. They also backed the staff instead of thinking how a customer would feel if they were half way eating and were asked if they were done. And then asked again. No awareness of social anxiety and clearly would do it again to other customers.

Very good food and service my partner has anaphylaxis allergies the staff and management team were both helpful and thorough to make sure her food didn't contain any allergens or get cross contaminated with other foods prepared everything to a good standard swiftly and efficiently thank you all very much.
Dietary restrictions: Checked food ingredients thoroughly and prepared separate from anything harmful

Veg burger was really nice but the chips were just horrible. They were like cheap oven chips you use at home. Nandos chips used to be so nice. Coleslaw has always tasted bland so no change there.

Fantastic service by the Nando?s team at eccy road. Matt, the store manager was extremely welcoming and when an issue arose dealt with it superbly. Great experience, will be back.
