Still received NO REFUND.
Collection - given something totally different to the item ordered. It is also burnt. Only offered refund and no replacement. The ?manager? on Sunday 3rd November was unhelpful and rude. Wouldn?t recommend if you want to order something in particular, not a lucky dip.

Early Friday evening and a little quiet. Service team were very friendly. Food was good and came out quickly.

Came in around 8:45pm, and was greeted straight away. Great service from everyone we came across, very friendly and smiley. The two waitresses (Sophie and Robyn) were extremely helpful and polite, and explained everything brilliantly. The Manager Brad was also very helpful, and checked on us several times throughout our meal. At the end, they also offered us 2 x complimentary desserts to take back to our hotel.
Would definitely come again!

All of the team members were very courteous and helpful from being seated to clearing the plates.
It was early evening so the restaurant was not busy.
The food was excellent apart from the Portuguese tomato salad that was missing one type of tomato and the onion.
Apart from that the restaurant and those that were working could not be faulted.

I ordered the chicken butterfly and it tasted good with the sauce but this was £9.50. I don?t know what I expected to be fair but Nando?s definitely ain?t worth the money.

Nandos West St is always a lovely place to visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and has everything you need. The food is always cooked very well. You can order on the app or at the counter. I would always recommend having the halloumiu on the side.
