Collection - given something totally different to the item ordered. It is also burnt. Only offered refund and no replacement. The ‘manager’ on Sunday 3rd November was unhelpful and rude. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to order something in particular, not a lucky dip.

Lots of smoke coming from the grill area. It is very unpleasant and irritating the eye and lungs.
