Usual chaos trying to purchase a few items in a basket. Self checkouts blocked by customers with 2 full trolley s It's not just annoying it's dangerous .If you can't operate self service efficiently & safely.put more operators on the checkouts

I called today for a breakfast. It was disgusting. The coffee was tepid and the breakfast was warm ish. It was either burned to a crisp or had been on the plate a while. The staff were great,working under pressure with no help at all. I felt sorry for them. Not even enough staff to open the counter,all orders were via a machine.

The last few visits there has not been as much on the shelves as before. Once could have been a delivery issue but it's been several times now. However food that is available has been good quality and fresh

A good experience (/everything/ is an experience) now that I know my way around. The placement of items is a little strange - for example, the bakery seems to cover most of the area around the distant aisles - but search a bit and you'll find what you are looking for. Good prices, compared to Tesco.
