Friendly service in a clean salon. Lots of staff so getting an appointment short notice isn't hard. High quality finish. You can get nail art too. At the higher end of the price bracket and don't have as many colours as other salons.

Just had my first Brazilian wax with Claire at the age of 32 i cannot believe how little it hurt and how quick it was done. I was very scared after my first and only wax around 8 years ago which was terrible this was a totally different experience so happy and still in shock how gentle the wax is now . Appealing service and attitude. I just did my nails and If I could give this place no stars, I would. Awful. They are not hygienic whatsoever. They do not know to do a basic manicure. A manicure is not just applying nail color - there should be a hand soak, proper cuticle removal, proper cleaning and filing. I swear my 3 year old could do a better job than said technician. After I objected that my cuticles were not cleaned properly, another person came in and started working on my nails very aggressively. Also bear in mind that she did not even change the gloves she was wearing when she was working with another lady. I honestly do not know how people go here. I definitely won?t be coming back to this awful place.

Never normally leave reviews but wanted to after paying more than I normally would at any nail salon for acrylics and the same day half the paint off one of my nails comes off and a few days later the paint off another comes off. Also was left with a cut on one finger- I just dont think the price correlates with the quality at all.

I usually have my nails done here if i want to treat myself. Unfortunately, it has been the second time now that i have been underwhelmed with the service. My gel manicure only lasted for one week, which i understand from previous experience that it could have been longer than that. I think the gel manicure has been applied way too thick than it should, hence, it has peeled off after a week.Service: Gel manicures
