Ordered mcflurry through the self service machine. Went to wait and as usual waited for well over 12 minutes for ice cream. Not sure if their order priority is for the delivery drivers for home deliveries but I couldn't even get to the till because they were all lined up waiting for the orders to go and deliver. They should have a designated waiting area to pick up home deliveries and not block the till access for in store customers. This place rarely serves orders in 'fast food' style.

Restaurant is in meadowhall food court which can get very busy causing delays for food and difficulties in obtaining a table to sit at.

Adil on of the managers is exceptional. He goes above and beyond his duties. I always know if there is any problem he will rectify. Always smiling, approachable and kind. 5 stars just for him in my review.
