food takes way too long, and they pour soft drinks way before so there watery and warm.
Worse thing is signal never works so can't use any rewards or claim any. mentioned it to staff only last night and she said they like it that way.

Try to ignore the obnoxious arrogant management or SS type officers bullying you to the screens, till or cue. Are McDonald's really that stupid to put over 4 staff on doing this to tell us how order and collect in McDonald's? Ridiculous and for that reason I'll be using one of the other (no-pressure desperate selling) eating establishments within the Oasis at Meadowhall. Get a grip McDonald's let people order in a relaxed fashion without being barked at by management who haven't got a clue about customer service.

McDonald's is improving. The service staff are lovely in Thorne.. in fact most places. The new Philly cheese burger is great but too dear. Prices are going up too steep. We're eating less McDonald's than previously because it's gotten too dear.

I have gone and I order food and this young blonde women was being arrogant and horrible and then she didn?t give me a receipt and I said can I have one and she wants ugh yeh whatever and then after me a women came and she was all friendly and nice and do not agree.
