We came in this morning and ordered breakfast and 2 Coffees ( 1 of which was a toffee nut with cream)at 1030, it took 20 minutes for us to get our food, then to top it off the toffee nut latte was cold when it arrived and the cream had already melted which I'm assuming was due to it being on the prep counter for a while, then to top it off even more, 1 the buns looked like it had been over toasted, we rarely visit Mcdonalds and probably won't again, I could understand if it was busy but it wasn't, overall poor quality

3 times they got our drink order wrong.
Asked for our drinks and the person put down the wrong drinks. Asked again at the window after they tried offer us the wrong drinks and got it wrong yet again. Go in to talk to someone in person and 3 different people come out to ask me to confirm what it is. And yet they still get it wrong. Given a medium coffee when paid for a large and paid for the special galaxy hot chocolate and this time they didn't even bother put the cream or stars on so obviously non of them could be bothered or give a damn. Useless.

I was not able to comment on the food as I waited 20 minutes before asking for a refund. Information and communication were very poor, and even when asked for a refund, i was not even offered an apology from the manager. Worst one yet. In fact, although I travel a lot, I rarely get the correct order, good communication or hot food. Deteriored since I worked for mcdonalds years ago. Fed up now ?

It was empty but still had to wait for 15 minutes for food that was aweful. Been under the heat lamp ages and was dry as a bone.

Check your order when ordering online always comes with food missing. Restaurant cannot read a screen or the order correctly

Food was absolutely terrible , I orderd 20 chicken nuggets and a chocolate milkshake , my partner orderd big tasty burger without bacon and it was horrible, it tasted as though it had been left under heat for so long it had gone dry , either that or the food comes greasy (past experience) it also gave us both a bad stomach , I saw a staff member today, scratching her face and then touching the food , I would name the staff meter if I could but I didn't see her name badge too well as she was in the back part near the order desk , staff are polite to speak to but have very Crude mannerisms and cleanliness, the toilet door handle has finger marks and slimey residue on them I had to use tissue to hold the handle to get out , just all around discsting to be honest who ever does the saftey checks here needs firing also as they clearly do not check anything properly, either that or that staff there get to know when the inspections are happening and just put on a good performance , sloppy , discusting , out right needs a good clean down teach the staff how to cook I get it's a fast food restaurant but it comes out my back end quicker than it went in I'm surprised you haven't been sued for poor food hygene and negligence, not ever coming back anyone who reads this review please take this seriously as food chains like this need to be checked out alot better than what they are, they charge what they call cheap prices and serve us processed rubbish and sugar filled items in return .

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! MY FIANCÉE GOT A CHICKEN WRAP THAT WAS INTENDED FOR AN UBER EATS DRIVER AN HOUR AND A HALF PRIOR! I AM HEAVILY DISSAPOINTED AS SHE GOT AN UPSET STOMACH FOR A WEEK AFTER IT- NEVER GO HERE!!!
Although there was a good cleaner out the front, old woman.
