Ordered through uber eats and the 2nd week in a row they forget a part of my order
Edit: They forgot a part of my order again after not ordering from them for a while. How hard is it read what the order is and make sure all of it is in the bag.

Any time we order from this Mac Donald?s they always mess up the order and put either the wrong things or miss items completely. I can never get a refund and end up paying for something that never came. How hard is it to read an order.

Now, McDonald's Archer Road always forget my food when we order a delivery for the family. Thought I'd be a bit crafty this time and not order for myself, just my wife and the kids. I could have toast as usual. Plan backfired spectacularly. They forgot one of the kids orders instead.
Thinking out loud - maybe if I ordered for 6 instead of 5 then we'd all get something? ?

You know what is mighty useful? Turning off the Drive thru option on the app when you close the drive thru because of "till issues" and then when we're told to come into the shop to order, the inside screens aren't working and no one is on the till.
You don't and looking back on a complaint to McD over twitter, I complained about the exact same thing at the exact same restaurant a year ago. Nothings changed. Not even the fact its more of a surpise when our order is right and doesn't involve us having to go back inside to ask for what we ordered that's conveniently printed on a receipt we are given along with the food.

Fuc**** shocking they told us they had no 20 nuggets and continued to say they had 9 nuggets. We ordered 3 things and took 10+ minutes for this to come( it was compleatly dead minutes the 3 people in the line as it took so long) I understand it takes time to cook but this is fast food my friend it?s in the title! Oh and cherry on the cake they forgot our sauce.

Absolutely shocking. Slow service, cold food, it's bad - even by McDonald's spectacularly low standards.
So, last time I went there to the drive through it took ages for them to take my order and I was sat by the intercom thing for about 5 minutes. I ordered my food and paid and they did that really annoying thing where they ask you to park up and bring your food out. "At least it will be cooked fresh" I thought.
No such luck. Stone cold and tasted like it had been made last week.
Horrendous.

Update March 2021
So recently they have been particularly bad. I've had forgotten drinks. I've had a happy meal where they forgot to put the burger in the box and recently I bought a Grand Big Mac and they forgot to put one of the burgers in the bun. Like I have to now check that not only have they included all the parts of my order but that all the respective ingredients are there as well. If my kids didn't love it I'd never go there again.

Ok so we're still in a kind of lockdown so drivethrough only but this store really are doing a fantastic job the wait wasn't long and the food was hot staff seemed happy and upbeat compared to other stories I've seen about other restaurants this one deserves 10 stars well done team archer road ?

I returned today and unfortunately didn't have the same experience the food was cold and the service wasn't great.
