Worst ever! Staff clear off tickets to make their times look good then leave guests waiting 25mins for their meal! 3rd time this has happened to us in a matter of weeks. Will not be returning to this ?fast? food restaurant. Greenland road much better staff are lovely.

Called in on 1st Sept 2024 it was a long wait they more interested in talking and messing around when we got our order the burger was cold and coffee Luke warm this needs sorting out will not go to that one ever again very disappointed

The other day I went through the drive through with my grandad and they charged us for a tub of pickles and they never do that! And earlier my fam and some family friends went to the same maccies and ate inside and this lady gave a flag to all the kids except from me and this other boy I was with at the time (we are both autistic) and ofc I don?t think she knows that we are autistic but still but overall I wanted to say that they sell great food x

Great service, facilities were of excellent standards and staff were very friendly and welcoming
Parking: Large parking area around side and rear of building
Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent for wheelchair users, noo negative issues to be found

Service is incredibly slow, staff don't seem to care there is a big drive through que and customers waiting inside, instead playing around.
They seemed to neglect the inside orders for the drive through, which was still slow service.
At one point there was not a single soul at the desk inside or in view.
The staff member cleaning saw we was waiting 15mins for a drink and went to fetch them for us.
When someone finally came it was to get food for a staff member skipping the people sat waiting for their orders
