We had visa photos taken and realized they were too dark. Told they would not pass at visa center. We asked for them to be retaken and were refused. Staff were not flexible, understanding or polite. We will never use this service again!! Instead we highly recommend J&A Photography Studio.

It was busy in the shop. Two staff coping well with customers. Didn't feel like I waited long before I was served. Dropped in for a passport photo. Done quickly and checked with .GOV site. All explained clearly. Printing of photos looked efficient too. Thanks
