Amazing customer service! Gavin was incredibly helpful and friendly, he brought a spark of joy to our day. The items we picked up were absolutely delicious, definitely worth a visit if you are passing.

Appalling customer service. I went in, picked up more than I first intended and went to the till with an armful of goods. I rang the till bell for assistance and the assistant stopped her chat, walked over and picked my goods up and put them on a self service till and walked off! That wasn't why I rang but she wasn't bothering to ask so I simply left it all there. M&S were renowned for products and service. This was a poor example.
