Waiting 1 hour and 30 mins when told 45 mins then forgot the chicken I ordered to wait another 20 mins everytime we've ordered something has been missing or wrong gave too many chances will NOT be using again.

All you would want from a takeaway. Pizza, calzone, kebab, chicken, burgers, dessert etc not badly priced either with fast service. Food always tastes really good

Food arrived 15 mins before it was meant to which is always good. Although the food was kind of warm. For a spicy pizza it sure did have a lot of cheese. All-round a very decent meal.Would recommend.

The Birley one in Sheffield is rubbish last time I ever use them...I ordered a cookie dough with ice cream ..only to be told we dont do ice cream anymore ..but happen last month 2 same I had to ring and ask them where is the ice cream they said sorry didn't have any in...also told me tonight 13 /03/22 that they don't do it anymore ..never called to let me know even though they had read my food list and taken the order..so when they got to point on my order why didn't they me call then ..its still on the list on the website ..so they where lying to me ..so why is it stll the same price ..nothing on here or anywhere saying not giving ice cream with a cookie .Took my money though robbing &$£@@$..Didn't get what I paid for ..so my advice is DO NOT GO TO BIRLEYS...DISAPPOINTED .. COMES COLD ..NO HELP ... IF I HAD SAID JUST A HOLD THE ICE CREAM AND WILL JUST HAVE THE COOKIE WITH OUT THE ICE CREAM..over the phone when I called I said don't like the cookie without the icecream ..He was like nothing I can do end off ..no @#$#&£ given by me..DONT NOT USE THEM ..DISAPPOINTED..Didn't go in the shop ordered it online ..took a picture of the smallest pork Chop in the world .Thank you Birley for the rubbish meal ..

Ordered at 7:45. Called at 9:10 to chase the order, was told it would be another 20 minutes, it?s now 10:30 and they aren?t answering the phone! Terrible service and will not use again!!!!

Quoted delivery through justeat to be 20.15-20.45 after order placed at 18.52.It's now three hours later, no food, restaurant won't answer the phone, and justeat says it's now closed.That's a MarantNo's from me

Disgusting service. Was advised 45 mins for delivery, took 1 hour and 50 mins to be delivered. Staff lie to you and are rude. Refused a refund even though they didn?t provide the food or service paid for. Staff hung up on me, AVOID, don?t waste your money.

Delivery was made for 8pm but didn't turn up till 8.45pm. Food was salty as ever, what you trying to do, give me a taste of high blood pressure/heart attack with my kebabs that I ordered. Food was tasteless despite being leathered in salt. Salad also salty.Delivery driver was as morbid as ever and to be honest he passed me my food and just walked away not saying ''your welcome" or "have a great night" or even to say sorry it was late.We ordered off Just Eat App and put delivery instructions but they were not followed or were just ignored.Thanks for the £8 refund but unfortunately we will not be ordering from this place ever again.

Ordered on the app from thurnscoe and it directed to Sheffield without us knowing, rang to explain and was refused a refund. Had to drive half an hour to collect to be told on arrival it had been thrown away so would have to recook as we can't have our monet back. We'll we finally got our food home after a further 30 minute drive home the food was freezing cold and the order was wrong. Will NEVER use again and would not recommend. We ended up spending £35 on a take away that we couldn't eat plus diesel expenses and didn't get even as little as an apology.
