My husband and I had an amazing experience at mamas and papas when we came for a product consultation with Laura at the Meadowhall, Next branch.As first time parents we didn?t have a lot of knowledge or experience in what is essential to have for the baby and Laura was able to find us everything we needed and more.She gave us the chance to look at anything we wanted, whilst advising on other people?s reviews as well as her own. Her knowledge was fantastic, and anything she wasn?t sure about - she asked her helpful colleagues, and looked for an answer right there and then.She also helped us to pick out some things we hadn?t thought about yet such as the electronic baby monitor or the mirror for the car.She also explained about the warranty service the company provides.Overall it was an amazing experience because of Laura?s help, kindness and thoughtful attitude. Would recommend any new parents to attend the service provided - we went for ?The full works? which was scheduled for 1 and a half hours, but Laura actually did spend a little longer with us.We had her full attention and was a 10/10 experience. Thank you so much for all of your help!

We had a baby appointment with Hannah today and she went above and beyond with us the entire time, nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so comfortable in store :) Always checking back on products we had chosen to make sure we was happy which was great. No pressure at all just let us choose what we liked and she demonstrated everything we saw and liked. Amazing experience overallDefinitely recommend & thank you again

Visited today to check out the colour of a pram. Intended to order online due to a better deal elsewhere but the wonderful staff explain their price match options, gave a great demo of the pram, took the time to explain about upgrades due to the model and new colours and we're super knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure at all for purchasing but reassured of the fact they could hold until closer to the due date which was a big plus point for me and also rounding up my spend to £1000 would get me a £100 voucher. Dealt with Amelia and Ellie who were just a bundle of joy and this was at like 4.30 on a miserable Monday but was so lovely how great they made my visit. Can't wait to return to purchase more items.

My wife went into the store today to return a Cybex Car Seat that didn?t fit our Cybex isofix system. The service she received from the so called store manager was absolutely disgusting. Very poor attitude, didn?t seem to want to do any work to help resolve the matter. Lack of empathy, lack of any basic customer service skills. We purchased a full mamas and papas travel system last year spending a small fortune in this store. We won?t be returning anytime soon.

I've visited mamas and papas store meadowhall, I went in to drop a faulty car seat and pick up the replacement. I was greeted by ever so lovely Rukhsana who helped me carry the car seat to the car and took the faulty one. She was pleasant and quick to respond and offer help. I really appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you :)

Me and my fiancée went to mamas and papas (opposite meadowhall upstairs in next home). We went looking for a pram travel system but we didn't really know what was best. We were helped by Charlotte who advised us about a travel system we saw and was so helpful, telling us everything we needed to know. She couldn't have been any more helpful. We decided to go for that travel system and came home with a lot more knowledge. Thanks to Charlotte for making our exciting experience even better, without pressuring us to buy anything.

We visited the mamas and papas opposite Meadowhall (upstairs in next home) and had the best experience, we went in not knowing one thing about prams and just thinking they were all the same but just looked different and wow.. Kerry was so lovely and helpful she didn?t try ?selling? us anything, she simply answered any questions we asked about prams and demonstrated the ones we were interested in, she was so knowledgable and knew every little bit of detail about them!We have fully made our minds up about which pram we will be getting now, thanks so much Kerry! :)

Myself and my husband are expecting our first baby and wanted to see prams and car seats in person before another potential lockdown. We booked a personal shopping session and had such a fantastic experience. Michaela was fantastic, demonstrated the pram and all the different attachments and let us have a go ourselves. She also talked us through the car seat options and again demonstrated them. She was able to answer all our questions without trying to pressure us in to buying anything. Everything felt very covid safe, with wipes used between the assistant and us handling the pram. Would highly recommend a personal shopping experience and the store in general. Looking forward to our pram bundle arriving!

Unfortunately had a really disappointing experience shopping for a travel system. The 3 sales women took a car sales approach - pushy and all competing against each other to have our attention. They were knowledgeable about each pram but when it came to demonstrating each system this was a shambles. Despite all 3 attempting for several minutes, non of them could demonstrate how the pram collapsed with 1 hand (one of the unique features they had talked about.) We had no time or space to browse for ourselves and the pushy approach meant we were asked to leave our details for a personal shopper experience which we attempted to do but non of them could operate the online booking system. After several attempts and us providing our details several times they appeared to have managed this however then followed us out of the store to ask for our details again as it hadn?t worked! A frustrating experience and not what you expect from such a well known brand. Won?t be shopping there again unfortunately and have since ordered our dream pram from a small independent company who provided a 5 star experience.

Mamas and Papas is a great shop if you're pregnant or have very young children. They have a lovely range of kids bedroom furniture, endless baby supplies and you can try out all their prams and pushchairs. I always really liked their maternity clothes too - which can be a pain to find when you're pregnant! it's not the cheapest but it is good quality, and their customer service is great.

Mamas and Papas are fantasic! ive bought several pushchairs from this store and i really really love it. they have such a excellent choice of items you can get pretty much everything you would need for your baby. ive had a aria travel system from m&p for when my baby girl was first born and it was great! everything you would need really i just like to change my prams every now and again i have since had a ziko herbie which cost me £600 but was well worth it, i still have it, its fab!! i can really recommend this one. also had a ziko alfie which was lovely and i had just yesterday bought a o-zon which is excellent!! i really like it :D the store is great, well set out, the staff are brilliant and willing to demonstrate pretty much everything in the shop,i could probably give them an idea or 2 about some of the prams lol great store, great stock and fab!
