Expensive not a lot of stock not very helpful staff

It seems all products can be bought for cheaper every where else, they can't even list bank holiday opening times correctly which had has left me waiting nearly an hour for The doors to open. Most of the the staff are rude and have very little manners and when ever you get used to the price of something it's usually gets increased within a few weeks. I only shop here due to the convenience of the location.

While it's convenient because of it opening hours, Macro prices are overy high. Often times they do not have products in stock. They also frequently change brand and bring on similar product to what was normally on shelves.
They recently brought on board the mobile self scan which is the biggest waste of time. Items will be scanned however must be checked at the register again. It proven not to aave time but to waste time. I suggest you don't use it just take your items the old fashion way and have the cashier check them.

Supposed to be trade but it's more expensive than tescos n then uve got to add the vat!!! Used to spend around £200-£300 a week, then they hiked the prices way up. Doubled the price on most products i buy n stopped selling the others. I now call once a month n get soap powder!! Most people wouldn't waste the fuel to go n look round now, it's always empty!! Don't bother, may as well go to ur local supermarket n I've said this to the managers also n products still not there that I used to buy 2 years later!!

Staff Is friendly helpfully. Going over there for a few things because they are cheaper.

Makro has struggled in recent years with CostCo round the corner and JTF a few miles away. Some great bargains to be had at times but the frequency of my Visits have decreased in recent years. It's a good starting point for business owners but I would strongly suggest joining all three to see which can cater for your business the most effectivley.

As a business owner we have found this store and manager to be more than helpful. It has helped us run our business for six years or more. The loyalty rewards is a nice thing to get at the end of the year. Thank you for your support!
