Thankfully they had ?KRW in-store as the post office had told me it's a currency no store carries and I'd have to pre-order. Staff member was very helpful and service was quick. It's located on second floor and clearly signposted. Not 5-stars as for some reason the money they gave me in exchange was roughly £30 less than the exchange rate for the day so feel a little cheated :')

This place does exist, it's on the top floor of M&S on Fargate next to the toilets/men's clothing section

Wont let me exchange coins which were in euros. It was 7 euros. She gave me very dirty looks after she said no. Her name was Catherine.
