0 out if five stars but it wont let me give that? its the Worst customer service ever!!! i have been into the bank three times and phoned customer service so many times i have lost count, tgey tell me to go into branch to sort the issue, every time they tell ne its sorted and every time it isnt , ive now tried phoning direct to the branch and they are putting the ohone down not even answering, what a joke. Will someone please contact me

I'm not surprised that their rating is this low, and it is sad that they never want to improve. I even don't want to give them a one star.
Having been to many other Lloylds branches, I must say this branch provides the worst customer service. I am very unhappy after coming out of this branch, the experience ruined my day.
I was kept being asked lots of personal questions, and the staff took notes of my account details. I'm not comfortable with this - I've never met such issues in other Lloylds branches when dealing with the same request. The way they talk, their accent, their face expressions all show their disrespectfulness.
I know it is not right to ask customers so many personal questions - never had such in any other banks and other Lloylds banks. I feel much aggressiveness and hostility.
They are also not productive at all. The same issue that can be sorted out in 3 mins at other Lloylds branches can take an hour here. The staff look very unmotivated in their job. Sheffield is a lovely city, but this branch left me with horrible and disgusting impressions.

Strange to write a review on a bank because I'm morally opposed to them. However!
every time I've had to do things here the staff have been fantastic. Especially a big shout out to lizzie, absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

I tried to go to the branch, no help at all. An old lady with short hair, didn't even look me in the eye, and was not really helpful. My business account should be terminated, and my personal account, I almost don't want to use it anymore. Someone warned me.

Only one counter open with 50 people inside. All the other staff are just talking to each other doing nothing. All I wanted to do was take money out and the machines don't work. Worst bank don't recommend.

Many people are in line, but only one counter is open. More than three staff members are standing doing nothing but talking to each other, while one is busy decorating the area.
It is better to use another bank.

Went into the branch to update some personal details had an excellent customer experience, i didnt catch the lady's name who helped me but she was friendly, approachable and dealt with my matter very professionally
Update as of 19/10/24
I had a call from Lloyds saying I had to come in again because they did not process the update. I will give credit where credit is due, the staff I was seen by in branch are friendly and trying to help. However there always seems to be technical problems with copiers or slow loading pages on the tablets they use so I have so far spent about two hours in branch in total trying to update my details. The staff also unstapled an original legal document to scan it and this document has managed to stay stapled up until that point whilst it had been sent to numerous other organisations. When I need to take the document to another organisation, if they question the integrity of the document it is Lloyd's who are responsible for the condition of the document. Skipton Building Society processed the update much quicker and without any of the hassle I have had at Lloyds
