I?m new to the area but ever since arriving I haven?t experienced anything too bad to warrant such negative reviews. Once had to get a receipt from the practice to get my prescription but it wasn?t any hassle. Ever since they?ve always had it ready. I believe the pharmacy is in a much better place than it used to be according to all the reviews!

I have used this pharmacy for more than 10 years on a regular basis and have found the staff to be friendly and attentive. I believe that the recent poor reviews are down to a change in the computer software which has been specified by the NHS and central government. As I talk to the staff regularly I can ensure you that they are as equally unhappy with the recent IT change, therefore I would ask people to bare this in mind and try to exercise a little patience. These staff should not have to deal with frustrated customers due to problems outside of their control !

Very rude staff members. Cant find prescriptions in they system blaming doctors to not sending to they system and asking for copy prescription

Work wonders under a lot of pressure staff are wonderful don't know how they cope at times and the systems they are ment to use are hopeless can be busy at times but that's not the staffs fault keep up the good work ladies

If you can use a different chemist then do so. Every month i have to get a token from the doctors as they can't find it on the system. If you have to use here then check they have given you the correct medication as they can get the doses wrong too. Good luck.

absolutely dreadful staff ignored customers waited 45 minutes staff need training in privacy and confidentiality nobody should be allowed round the back but staff very badly managed

NEVER AGAIN....Used this chemist a handful of times and it?s always the same old story.Rude,arrogant staff that haven?t got a rush in them,complete chaos with no order and prescriptions scattered everywhere.Waited in line for 30mins before getting told they had only just received prescription(when actually it had been sat on the printer for 3 hours with urgent wrote on it)got told it would take them another 30 minutes to find me 1 box of tablets and place it me in a bag!So gave them benefit of the doubt and came back an hour later.....another 25 minutes waiting around in a queue which now reached into the car park.Lost count how many people got asked to come back the next day because of the incompetence and total lack of communication of the staff.EMBARRASSING.

Prescription chaos today due to the introduction of a new computer system. Not blaming the staff but shame on Lloyds management for not fully training up staff on the new system outside opening hours with paid overtime. Obviously this company has not acted responsibly as many customers were turned away without their prescriptions. So many organisations fail to provide adequate training (and a troubleshooting period to iron out glitches) when new systems are introduced, it's wrong as front line staff get the blame from frustrated and angry customers. It seems Lloyds have cut corners at the expense of people's health.

Vile staff at reception no respect for customers both body language and tone they are in the wrong job. Took prescription to nisa pharmacy polite friendly quick and easy take your custom to the pharmacy in nisa avoid this one.
