i collected my prescription today and i have 1.16% diclofenic gel but they gave me 1% stating its the same strength and only do the 1.16% in voltorol and the gp needs to state voltorol if im to have the correct strength i do no believe this to be correct as the previous week they gave me correct prescription, im sure they... read full comment

Very ignorant member of staff that i spoke to on the phone, i was enquiring about a specific item and her 1st response was she dont think they have it and when i asked if she could check her answer suddenly changed to they dont have it. Couldnt even be bothered to look and check, shocking service!!:
