Went to East Bank Pharmacy for a Covid jab today. Terrible experience as they were so disorganised and unbelievably it involved 3 members of staff. There was One person who was in training and being supervised by a chap who spoke to him in a foreign language, which is very rude.Then finally the pharmacist came up in to administer my jab. He tried to persuade my husband to have the jab but he has health issues which prevent this. Overall a slow and unprofessional service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Never had a problem at this chemist. Staff friendly and helpful. Dr prescribed an item that was not available in the size he had put so the chemist had it altered for my arrival. There is a nationwide shortage of certain medication so sometimes items are not available, which is not the fault of the chemist. Always get a tx saying our. Meds are ready. All in all very satisfied.

Been in today for ear spray not in stock can get it tomorrow they had told the lady Infront of me can get it this afternoon why can't they get mine this afternoonwent down to sky edge five minutes got spray lovely lady nice and polite ?

I booked an appointment here to have a Covid Jab and when I arrived they said they had run out of needles so I was not able to have the jab. They did not tell me before coming all that way and now I cannot even rebook online elsewhere as it?s not like they cancelled my appointment. Poor.

Ordered my prescriptions online went to pick them up but they didn't have 1 of the item in had to order it I'm now ready to order it on prescription again but still havnt received the last 1 not impressed with the new owners at all .

Ordered online the week before, went in Friday lunch time to collect before going away on holiday and they said they couldn't do it until 5pm. I couldn't wait that long so they gave me the "paper prescription" to go elsewhere to get it. Only thing is, they gave me the wrong thing and it wasn't the prescription but a dispensing token. Luckily the pharmacy on holiday are able to create an emergency order but took longer to action. Extremely annoyed as there always seems to be issues at this pharmacy. Would give negative reviews if possible

Waited in the queue but they were happy to serve more than one person who had come in later before me so gave up in the end, Not impressed, especially when I have mobility problems,

If you have all day to hang around it's fine ,if not then stay clear at one time told to order prescription 10 days before you need them... unacceptable!

Awful service very rude, waiting times are obsurde not helpful at all, they look down their noses at most people like they are better than everyone else, don't waste your time with this lot absolutely atrocious!!
