Went to East Bank Pharmacy for a Covid jab today. Terrible experience as they were so disorganised and unbelievably it involved 3 members of staff. Never had a problem at this chemist. Staff friendly and helpful. Dr prescribed an item that was not available in the size he had put so the chemist had it altered for my arrival. There is a nationwide shortage of certain medication so sometimes items are not available, which is not the fault of the chemist. Always get... read full comment
