Right il Star from Burger ? in general was ok but taste of burnt Charcoal to intense so no thing special simple lettuce tomato cheddar
Staff had to be ? which i dont mind bcoz i dont like when they sitting on top of my table
Cocktails was nice not much alcohol in them in case someone need bit more lol
Talos small portion i mean hand full for £9
I had 6 of the lol
And very little portions of chips ? looks silly on plate lol
And last thing the price !
I had 10 items that including drinks
Overall price £12 per item
Really i could feed 12 people for that price
I dont think i we be back ?
Normally i dont do review at all but but for price vs food i had to im sorry ?

Excellent service from our server Leah, food was excellent throughout, though disappointed some of the new menu items were sold out. Will have to try again!

Our server Carry was absolutely amazing, brilliant service throughout the evening. Food was good and value for money with the bottomless tapas deal.

Absolutely awful. Will never go back again. Rude staff. Waited ages to be seated, served and then fed. Cocktails are lame. Most items not available due to fryer being broken. Absolute shambles. Poor customer service was the biggest let down.

Great food and lovely atmosphere.

The food was fine. Service wasn't.
We'd finished dessert by the time our first drink arrived. This is on a Tuesday evening. Very poor. Had to constantly remind staff for things. Food arrived at odd times. The £16 charge for this service was galling. It wasn't optional either.
Spent £170 in total for a party of six and won't be returning.

Used to be my favourite place but, unfortunately, quality of food has gone down drastically. Food looks like it has no life in it, doesn?t taste good comparing to other chains and isn?t portioned properly. For instance, sharer nachos get a splash of tea spoon of each sauce and hard cheddar.
Staff is good and attentive, especially bar staff.
Atmosphere is good as usual.

The menu has drastically changed since we last went and not ideally for the better. The options are more limited now. All the best items are no longer available. Only chicken is now halal where we used to have more meat options before. I get the price increase situation with todays s economy but this has also come with potion size cuts. The members of staff especially the lady serving were lovely

today i decided to try a bottomless tapas and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were lovely and friendly especially shanika she was so helpful and was so bubbly. will definitely be returning!!!

Great service, particularly by the guy who greeted us, I didn't get his name but he had long tied back hair and a bear. No issue with the kids meals however the adult meals were a little substandard and very bland. The salad clearly comes out of a preprepared bag and had seen better days, essentially its just a mixture of leaves a few carrot strings without a tomato a cucumber in sight.

1. Went for a bottomless brunch but one of us don?t drink alcohol but on the menu, it was said mocktails are included with bottomless as an alternative. Well, they charged us the mocktails seperately, so I do wish for the menu to be clarified.
2. Asked for sauces mayo and they offered garlic mayo assuming there was no charge since the regular one isn?t. We were charged with that.
I do think for future reference that they need to clarify if anything will be additional add ons when we order. I understand its a way to upsell but honestly it?s quite misleading especially if it?s specified on menu.

We was left waiting from the start, never got asked if we wanted any drinks. A table turned up after us and got served straight away leaving us waiting.
The food is nice but the atmosphere isn?t. We never been asked if our food was ok and after we eaten we was left to wait a long time again. If it wasn?t for the child?s meal coming with dessert that was promised we could have got up and walked out without paying if we wasn?t so honest. We had to shout someone over to get our child?s desert ordered.
Wouldn?t recommend coming here due to service.

Ordered two dishes and beer,
the staffs were very nice and helpful,
The chicken enchilada was great,
and the rice was a bit too simple, don?t get me wrong, it still tasted good, just nothing special.
I saw the drink menu. The cocktail looks really nice on the menu, may come back and try the drinks
