Great service and communication from Zoe and her colleagues. After Covid prevented our trip to Mauritius in 2020 and then the rebooked trip in 2021 we are hopefully now going to get there in 2022. Throughout the whole experience Zoe was on the ball and quick to react to any requests we had. We used Kuoni to book our honeymoon in 2016 and the service then was noticeably better than other tour operators we have used. With our latest long haul trip the service has been just as good and as travelling during these uncertain times Zoe has given us the confidence that any issues will be resolved professionally and quickly. There is a premium to pay with Kuoni but we feel it?s well worth it. You get what you pay for !

What a fantastic experience! We have previously used Kuoni in Leeds, but after their shops closed, we have used Meadowhall this time. Zoe has now booked us two amazing holidays in the space of the last couple of week... one to Dubai and one a Safari Holiday. Our experience has been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe. Incredible knowledge and an ability to guide us through the booking process. We wouldn't hesitate recommending their services and in particular Zoe. thank you!!

We had some rough ideas for what we wanted for our honeymoon, and Zoe gave us several options to have a look at. She was very knowledgeable and had been to several of the places herself which helped. We ended up booking our dream honeymoon and we couldn?t recommend Kuoni enough.

We originally had a holiday to Sri Lanka/Maldives but we tried to hold off as long as possible but unfortunately it wasn?t possible. Jo worked her magic to make sure we had an alternative and that we left happy. We are now going to Mauritius and the service Jo provided was top class, she was always contactable and nothing was to much hassle. She went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon is going to be special. Thanks again Jo you are a credit to the company ??
