I ordered the Xmas Dozen Doughnuts on deliveroo and they cant even send me the correct order what I received was 4 Doughnuts and a drink this is not what I ordered disgusting service I have now had to contact deliveroo to get my money

Today I had a bad experience at Krispy Kreme in Sheffield Meadowhall in second floor. Firstly, the girl who got my order had an attitude and I asked her a few times to put 2 cholocate brownie donuts but she didn't even pay attention and I kept repeating a few times as there was very busy and she just chewing the gum giving looks at me then she gave me only one donut I went back to buy one more i stood in line for some time other two members where taking the order so i went near 3rd person and asked for donut she is like you should be in line i was like okay i was standing there you were free so i came here although I went back and stood in the same place where i was standing before she was like no no go back i informed this is where i was standing and explained how she didn't gave what i asked for she was like thats fine and. Later the other lady said next to take orders there is no one i was waiting there but no one care to take order from me so racist, I don't quite understand how it's possible for an individual so much lacking in personality and attentiveness could pass the interview test to work here. The aggressive tone and her rudeness would lead you to believe she positively hated life. How hard can it be to serve simple glazed doughnuts?? What a disapointing experience on Sat 29 april 2023 4:30pm at the Meadowhall Krispy Kreme
