Shambles, I am a fairly patient person, but 6 weeks for a shirt, really poor service. I contacted them they said they were busy, fair enough but they took my money 6 weeks ago.
Really getting frustrated with their service and I have friends from my local football club who feel exactly the same.

Placed an order on 11/8/24.....3 items....one supposedly available for immediate dispatch and the other 2 items 7-10 working days dispatch......need them for back to school next week and gave what should be plenty of time.
My online account says due for dispatch on 24th.....the chat bot changed that to 26th and then again to 28th.
I've tried contacting Customer service via email and chat and so far nothing......
Wondering if leaving a review will get someone to contact me ..... fingers crossed

Ordered a Joma tracksuit 7 days ago advertised as available for immediate dispatch with 2-4 day courier now told they don't actually have the tracksuit and are waiting for manufacturer to supply them before shipping to me around 11th July ,,??..advertising goods for sale they haven't got and delivery times that are pure fiction .shocking service

Stated delivery time of product was 3-4 weeks. Now waited 7 weeks and no confirmation of when exactly the order will be shipped. Missed my son?s birthday and the start of the cricket season. Offered a refund but it?s a custom club item that I can only get through this site. Very, very poor.

Terrible for delivery, been waiting over 2 weeks for an order and it's still not been dispatched. Customer service were unhelpful, giving a generic response. Won't be shopping here again!

Ordered 15 days ago, status keeps changing for dispatch. Currently showing 19th September dispatch now, we?re on the 20th and still nothing. Contacted customer support and heard nothing back. Not expecting my items to be delivered before we go away on holiday, if they actually get delivered at all!
