Ordered food at 19:25 said delivery time would be between 19:55 - 20:05. Food arrived at 20:40 stone cold and not eatable! Tried to call restaurant three times to request updates on food and complain once freezing cold food arrived to be met with no answer at all.
Would not recommend terrible customer service and food!

The food was delicious as always I have no complaints , also the staff was lovely however I?ve worked in food industry for a few years and I know hygiene is meant to be very strict wearing gloves all times, I saw the back kitchen staff the one making the food not wearing gloves yet putting the salad on burgers on there food which is just not acceptable at all. I hope the manager catches up on this and makes sure that all staff are wearing close at all times

It's KFC....what can you say. If you love it, you love it.
Never had missing items from my order, sometimes get a cheap offer in store as well when making a purchase.
Only complaint and it's not just here, coleslaw either sells out everywhere fast or KFC understock it.

I went to this kfc yesterday evening and had an amazing experience. I asked for a zinger burger like usual and The boy who served me told me about their new buffalo burger which has spicy sauce, so I had to try it! It was delicious and I would recommend everyone try it. Thank you Ben!

I ordered a mighty bucket for one meal at the front counter and it was exquisite. The boy on front counter who served me was very friendly and even convinced me to make my meal large and try the ?brand new buffalo bites?, which were quite spicy! When I left my table he asked me if I enjoyed my meal and to please leave a review so they know what they can work on to improve in future, excellent service!

Ordered 2 kids burger meals. No chips, no fruit.
A bucket for one which for £10 was abysmal. Also, a 3 piece boneless meal which was abysmal. I spent £30 in total and in hindsight I should have ordered from a local takeaway and got a lot more food and probably better quality. Will not be going again. Paying for a brand unfortunately.

Not one to usually post about company's but just a heads up if anyone decides to eat from KFC chestfield I suggest you keep hold of your valuable items (phones,wallets, purses etc) as tonight my friend went into KFC & he forgot to pick up his wallet so he went back in there to ask only to find out a JUST EAT / DELIVEROO Driver has picked it up & haven't handed it in.. when my friend ask the manager to see the cctv footage he say he's not allowed to see it but he knew who took it.. my friend asked who n then said he going to call the police so he rang the police & then were the manager was aware the police are now involved he was then willing to help & gave part of the reg plate.. only to find out the Driver has then been back 2ice to pick up food but still not handed the wallet In that has he's cash & cards & photos of kids inside.. the police came & they aren't willing to do anything about it & now the driver won't come back...!! The driver was driving an Audi A4...!! Jobs worths scum.
Not only did the manager not want to do anything the police didn't either..!!
