Was surprised to see an English gentleman leave because he didn't know how to use the kiosk to order and the staff couldn'thelp.. However, 10 minutes later an Indian family arrived who also couldn't use the kiosk and the staff were extremely happy to help. Not saying this is a regular occurrence, just what happened while we were eating

Worst kfc in the area. Food was all very cold. Portion size is poor. Beans were mainly bean juice with a few beans in the bottom of the pot. I even changed the first beans as it was mainly bean juice and the second portion was exactly the same. Shame really as it was the only hot item served.

I do feel the chicken here is juicer than a lot of the franchise locations. However, they miss items from my order. Today, we ordered double corn (as beans seem to have disappeared). Got home to find no cob at all. It seems I'm going to have to check everything very carefully if I return.

Absolutely horrible!
I recently visited KFC, and my experience was very disappointing. When I approached the counter to place my order, the staff member didn?t take it and instead directed me to the self-order kiosk. I felt brushed off, especially since the restaurant wasn?t busy, and it seemed like she just didn?t want to help. When I asked to speak to the manager, no one came over. This level of service really fell short of my expectations, and I hope KFC will work on improving their customer service and training.

Orderd from here tonight found plastic and hair in my food so could not even eat it and it put me off the rest of the food , will not be returning , expect better when the prices have gone up

Incredibly slow service despite hardly any other customers. I guess they were cooking to order? At least the food was hot & fresh
