the staff is completely Hindustani, who have not even heard of sanitary standards. Therefore, as a result, food poisoning and two-day diarrhea.

Ordered from here a few times, used to love KFC but the quality and standards of this restaurant especially has gone MASSIVELY downhill. ridiculously small stingy portions for the price and pretty sure the burgers have got smaller too? Chicken chewy and watery and overall unpleasant so wasted tonight when we ordered which was disappointing. And something always seems to be missing or wrong in the order.. I dont understand what is so hard and how they never seem to get an order right?? Clearly no one checks this which again is disappointing considering the price. KFC have lost my custom for good I wont be eating from here ever again. Shame.

Good to eat in just don't order a dipping feast/bucket for delivery - they never remember dips and neither does the one at Sheffield Lane Top. But eating in you get the dips. Service is fairly quick and the food is good. Not too busy either.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance to get in but doors not automatic.

Didn't like the touch screen ordering system. Not able to order at the counter!
Touch screen probably germ ridden and was very unresponsive. Menu layout difficult to follow. Bring back counter service, please.
Food was ok when it arrived and was nice and hot.
Will use drive through next time and get proper service.

Lab animals have better service than at this KFC
No longer can you order at a proper till everything here has to be done off a stupid touch screen
When will KFC realise not everybody wants this impersonal service

A nice KFC a little slow but clean and tasty. A new design, fast electronic ordering. Staff when ordering were friendly and helpful.
Not all KFC are clean. This one is.
Nice location too next to Penistone Road
Parking: Parking is free and has capacity for around 15 cars
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly as all kids need to be able to sit still. No play area
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access on flat surface but does need opening with another person as not sliding doors
