Ordered via Just Eat, bits missing but contacted restaurant and was invited to take delivery back. Was kindly given remade burgers, wrap, fries, boneless chicken, new drinks, plus cookies for the kids, and lots of extras as an apology, staff couldn't say sorry enough. Really pleased with service and admissions of fault. ???

Dont believe the fake reviews. This KFC has the most friendliest staff in entire Sheffield and food is always hot and delicious. I like the way they greet you upon arrival and help you with selection of choice of food. Ravi and Jackson were amazing.

So many people with food poisoning from this branch, it needs to be shut down or they need to sack all the staff and get new ones because this has been going on for a while and SOOO many people have had food poisoning from there and as soon as you eat the food you need the toilet !

I have received food poisoning at this KFC, don?t recommend it all, their is a better KFC at Handsworth.
