Staff hate the customer and have fun chatting to each other . Food is hit or miss but when it's done right it's good.
Main downer is service other than that everything is above average not by alot .
The manager needs to stop hiring females at front to keep chatting to , take it serious you know this by now stop ignoring the customer .

£60 parking fine because the food took so long to come out and when it did it was wrong so we were parked for over and hour.

45m limit on car parking and screw up the order so it takes longer than that. Good little scam you've got going there I see

They give our order to someone else who took it and left with it and after that they made us wait another 30 min for it!They just don't care about customers...

I am a regular customer that keeps coming even if they always make mistakes and missing part of the order but every single time that l come, it is really annoying.
when l phoned and l explain to the manager , she gave me a code to make it right but when l come to collect it there is another mistake and l come out with not full order that l expect it and they can not sort it out.
Very very disappointed, and l will not come back. I feel they are making money with the missing orders.

Friendly staff, good KFC as chicken isn't dripping with fat and grease like some others. Still wish they'd give the choice of full sugar drinks.
