Absolutely rude staff. So so rude. The black African lady that called out my number literally eyed me from top to bottom when I came to pick up my food. I sat in the store and observed her say "thank you" and "enjoy your meal" to other white customers but she didn't say it to me, and since I'm black and I noticed better treatment to white customers, I felt like she was being racist
Please train your staff to be more welcoming to customers!

Had the misfortune to visit here for work purposes.
Absolutely gobsmacked that the only vegetarian option was a veggie salad box. It was disgusting, as expected, made worse by the fact I do not like corn on the cob or sweetcorn.
Some lettuce leaves, chopped tomatoes, sweetcorn, rice and 4 kidney beans made up the box!
Literally thought I'd gone back to the 20th century.
The other members of my party, who were meat eaters, were not particularly impressed with their offerings either and a comment was made stating it had really gone hill.

Used to have the nicest juiciest chicken before they refurbished. Now, the chicken is gross, the soda is watered down, gravy is gross. My dad had the two pieces meal, and the chicken was just mainly bones. Won't be back.
It's proper filthy because of the romas, gangsters all throwing thier litter everywhere. Nice to know my taxes pay for you to sit in KFC having a good old knees up and being disrespectful to our city by throwing your rubbish everywhere. Don't feel safe in here or hygienic.

Zinger burger was lovely, chips soggy.
Portions atrocious for the price I paid.
Chip portion I don't know how this is acceptable, I will not buy kfc until I know there has been an acceptable improvement.

Serves refried food most of the time chicken absorbed a lot of oil by refrying. I have tried other KFC around west yorkshire but while i was eating in here it wasn?t felt like am eating KFC.

The whole restaurant was dirty, food all over the floor, half eaten chicken bones left on the floor round the tables. Tables weren?t clean at all.
The staff were rude and not friendly in the slightest - was rudely questioned if I?d be picking up rubbish that wasn?t mine. Very disappointing.

Fried Chicken was so dry, fries were soggy, it was my first time trying buffalo sauce, probably the last time now.
And the rice felt like as if somebody accidentally spilled some spice over them.
And what was that gravy?
KFC United Kingdom, sorry but I am truly disappointed
