This place is a joke! How hard is it to get an order right? Final straw - we will not order food from here again third time that this has happened. Food missing then when you try to call up to speak to someone no one answers the phone. Stealing money and not providing food that has been paid for - ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Only ever use the drive through, love the food, lovely helpful staff, only gripe is should be separate staff for the delivery orders, waiting time is taking longer

Hands down THE WORST kfc in Sheffield by a country mile! Every single time they get my order wrong and I don?t want to get started on the rubbery soggy chicken. I worked as a cook for kfc 9 years ago and this is far from the standards I used to work at.

After this evening I wouldn't advise going to this KFC. The service was awful and unfriendly. I ordered a 4 piece meal and was presented with 3 drumsticks and a tiny piece of chicken ? I complained only to be given a dirty look. The chicken was old and dry. Service was very slow and poor. I won't be going again

Amazing how you don't sell doughnuts despite having so many work behind the till. Crap, overpriced food, your staff can't even read an order to be able to get correct to start with. ABISMAL. And gravy, anyone would think were having a gravy shortage! Wants shutting down.

Not my idea of fun tbh, the eldest likes the food but if you can't get sat away from the door the constant stream of door dash drives is a little off putting.

Terrible. Ordered the 'latest and greatest' BBQ whatever burger. It looked like it was thrown together by a chimpanzee. No presentation at all and not even close to the advertised photo. Very underwhelming and feeble, and nearly seven quid plus a ten minute wait. Only plus was that the chicken was hot.

Went for dinner the food was not warm, but what was really upsetting was seeing an older lady asking for the manager, and the young man Liam being rude laughing with other staff, could see the lady was so upset with his actions, it was uncomfortable to see, I know the staff are young and could definitely use some customer service training, won?t use this kfc again

Liam one of the servers was particularly rude when I asked for the manager? then he was sniggering and laughing about my complaint with his colleagues ? I did say what he was doing was unacceptable ? I was taking a Krushem back as it was below half was nothing like in the picture? when you pay that amount you expect it like it is in the advertisement

Ordered through drive thru, staff were friendly, had to park up wasn't ready, didn't have to wait long, while waiting we did see a rat in the car park, I did mention it to the staff but didn't seem that bothered.The food was nice, only thing that annoyed me was we ordered coleslaw, when we got home it was warm because it was put in the bag with warm food and not placed in a separate bag and given to us separately we had to throw it away.

Staff have no customer service reaction at all. Just put food down don't ask if you need anything and walk off. Definitely need more social skills training
