I went to the store just over a week ago as I had noticed a number of dust spots on a recently brought camera. Every member of staff I spoke to was lovely, and engaging. I took the camera back out this weekend, and the sensor clean that was done has improved the images no end, thanks!

Was a decent store that was well stocked with some nice staff but they closed down and a few months later reopened in a different part of Meadowhall, what a massive let down, went today for the first time since the move and its smaller than my bedroom with just a handful of items on display.

Store been closed since end of Feb, contacted customer services and kept being told its going to be reopening soon. After weeks of keep chasing basically got told it would be April. It's now July and even Jessops own staff can't be bothered to update there own website anymore as its still opening in June (it's now July). Done chasing, last time I'll ever try to use them.

Nice to go into a shop that's got the knowledge and experience witch is lacking in many shop's today, on my visit the staff were very friendly and helpful I would recommend a visit,l was sad when are local shop closed. Shops like this are few and far between.

Yet again Jessops, Meadowhall in particular Jo has sorted us out with a perfect Christmas present for our elderly mother. She is in a care home with Dementia so we had an idea on combining several old pictures in a frame as a memory trigger. Jo took control and we were over the moon with the result.
