The main female Manager at the Meadowhall branch is very rude, abrupt and unhelpful when it comes to returning an item. JD need to focus more on retraining management about customer care.

Every time I?ve gone to take my teenage son here we have had to walk out, the volume on music playing in this store is ridiculous no need totally not disability friendly at all.

Went to JD at Meadowhall today to buy a pair of fly knits and picked up the one on the shelf i wanted telled the worker I would like these and he said ok I'll go and get them so i Went to the till to wait, saw the worker come out and walked past me i thought were is this worker going so I went to look saw the worker at the shelf where my trainer was and he come back didn't really think much of it they and then until i was on my way out after paying for them and seen the trainer not on the shelf anymore i was like ? strange so I went back to the worker and asked did you just sell me the one trainer off the shelf, he said yes like it was nothing like it was normal i was like seriously without even telling me, like they do it all the time, so I said don't i get a discount because of it been on display they was like no and looking at me like i was in the wrong so I took the trainer out of the box and you could clearly see at the front they were drtiy so I asked again for a discount and once again their said no, so I thought okay you been funny so I'll be funny i want my money back which they didn't like but did it anyway as they had no choice....So people out there be very careful and check everything you are going to buy before you buy it, cheeky c**ts....And if I could it would be 0 stars

I got my Fila trainers from here.A vast range of prices and sales which I love.When I first looked at my trainers just the day before they were £50The very next day they were only £35!But the service was strange. They only allowed me to try one trainer on and when I said I'll buy them, they said they had sent them to the desk despite seeing the trainer I had not long put down was still there on the seat.I went to the desk and it took a while to be tracked down and the line for service quickly built up.

Went in this morning to get my son some clothes he found an item reduced on the offer rail and liked it, so we get to the till it scanned a different price so I challenged it and was accused by a very passive aggressive manager of swapping price labels. Erm no! He reluctantly sold me the item at the price it had on it. Horrible service I won't be going in there again in a hurry if all they do is accuse customers of being thieves. I was not happy avoid!
