Great carparks.lots of disabled parking easy accessible entrance and lots of large lifts.The market place is great and always lots of reduced items.The bargain area near check out is always full but the prices differ greatly one week to the next. example 3 times purchased a display made up deep box for £1.50 with you expect for an ex display box with tags or stickers on it however last visit they wanted £5 omg I mean it's a ex display box . The restaurant is always busy even on quieter days never enough staff on serving or cash out always long questions to pay by which time your food is cold despite offering food covers.my last visit the food in the supposedly heated servers were very cold the gravy was that cold it coagulation in to a mushy mess. I should have taken it back it was inedible . The value for money on food especially with a family card is really good

Easy undercover parking at this IKEA A plus point on a rainy day for loading your car with a trolley full of MDF!Their signature Meatballs a must have on each visit. Lingonberry jam ticked off my list but i couldn't find the gravy packets to go with this dish. The food and come to think of it the plant isle have less to offer compared to other stores.As usual plenty of useful things to buy, so bought plenty, (dont we all!) but as I was shopping on my own and have some mobility issues I was slightly miffed at the unhelpfulness of one of the check out staff. Not that I was aking him to haul heavy items but just to hold my bag upright so I could load it whilst scanning and standing with some difficulty. It would have been considerate as he was right next to me giving me an impatient look as the queue was growing but there's always one that's having a bad day. This IKEA has a small retail park next to it with its own excellent parking, so an added bonus.

Quality products at a reasonable price.Store hellish to navigate.Click and collect works well.Best to buy online and avoid the labyrinthine store and the user unfriendly self-service checkouts.

An autistic person's worst nightmare. Visited Sheffield today instead of Nottingham, big regret. The restaurant food wasn't hot and the place was filthy.

Shop great and queues to buy always managed well.Customer service desk for returns etc. always takes forever to be seen, whenever you attend. Several desks for them to serve from but rarely more than one person seeing people.

I had a very nice experience here today. It wasn't too crowded and I really loved the food from the restaurant. The car park was very big and the staff was lovely. I will come here again in the future.
