The staff were very lovely, respectful and muslim friendly.
Dietary restrictions: As we bought box of chocolate (dipping adventure) we asked if the ingredients were Halal and the girl upfront was quick into pointing out that the marshmallow contained gelatin we decided to buy it anyway and dispose the marshmallows....

It was my worst experience in the shop. I do like their chocolate, but the staff is literally not well-mannered. At the entrance there was a tasting of hot chocolate, in front of us are the girls who came and were offered tastings. When we came to have a taste as well, we were literally looked at by a girl(employee) and...
