Great, friendly staff who make customers feel welcome and are great fonts of knowledge for anything herbal. Old school customer service that a lot of retailers now lack the patience for.

Always very helpful and friendly. Staff are knowledgeable about all the products and can recommend products for your condition . It is expensive but the products do work so I continue to come back !
