A store colleague named Zainab served me. She charged me full price for two sets of items at half price. I didn't notice the error until after I paid. I informed her and she had a rude grumpy expression and tone as if it was my fault for pointing out the error! Part of good customer service, even if it may have been a technical fault, is to apologise to the customer. Staff in the store are friendly otherwise.

Shop feels a little cramped. Nevertheless, really good range. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd been looking for dandelion tea and one of the female assistants was kind enough to explain that they don't do it any more. She recommended Dandelion, Burdock and Hawthorn tea, which she drinks herself and said is very tasty (which it is). Regularly drop in when I'm in Sheffield. Highly recommended

Last Wednesday 21.04 I've purchased, among other things, the Kallo organic rice cakes only to find out today, as I'd stored them in the cupboard, that they've expired last 12/12/20! I'm quite disappointed with it and this is the first time it has happened, but it tells me about something not working as it should! I've been trying to call the city centre shop today but nobody's picking!

Friendly staff and great selection of vegan and organic products. They also have a small section of bulk products. Loved the energy bars.They sometimes have discounts for students. Especially recommend getting the fidelity card!
