So today (16/07/2025) I popped in at opening time (09:30) to purchase a new needle for my record player. I happened to be £5 short of purchasing one. I spoke to a lovely chap on the till, who took me upstairs to the display only models, I told him what needle I needed, and he took one from the display models and gave it to me free of charge. And I've always received excellent customer service in that store.

One of the biggest HMVs I?ve been to, with two fairly large floors. Will definitely be back if I?m ever in the area again. The employee who double checked the price of an item for me (I believe his name was Sean) was friendly and helpful.

I Got Helped by a guy called glen yesterday, i was trying to match up some sizes for a poster frame and he went above and beyond helping me make sure it was right, exceptional customer service and the frame is really good quality aswell, I highly recommend coming here also thanks glen :)

Good shop, always find what we want there which are Kpop albums and Rock albums. Saturday is a fun day with new bands playing live. I would love to see more music magazines AND Kpop Merch on their shelves.

Amazing to see HMV still on some of our High Streets. It was on the quiet side of things, of which I didn't mind & brought a Blu-ray while there too.
