Was served today Wednesday 20th by a staff member that?s goes by the name wanila I?m pretty sure, the customer service I received was very disappointing. Your at a job where your interacting constantly with customers show some decency. Would give 0 stars if it was an option!

This has got to be one of the largest stores in Meadowhall itself, great women?s selection downstairs and men?s selection is huge as well upstairs, only thing which isn?t their fault is it is extremely busy in there And I found it strange that there was no security on the door Considering people could very easily just steal items and walk out especially in a place like that and where it?s located

Came into today and was stood waiting for 20 minutes to be served, all the self serve tills was off and there was 2 girls on the till serving to begin with then one of them asked a manager if she could come off after serving a couple of customers to go into the fitting room and sort it out and she went off the till to leave one person on there with about 15 customers to serve! Then the girl who approved the other girl to do this was then messing about behind the till very aware of about 15 customers waiting and was just messing about with coat hangers that should?ve been delt with after the shop has closed or in a time that isn?t as busy, then the girl Freya on till never apologised for my wait and then wanted to charge me for a bag, honestly no brains ?

One horrible staff member!!! Had a few dresses to try on they were a bit too big so walked out to get a smaller size, went back in changing rooms, and she screamed at me and my daughter that changing rooms are shut, I tried to tell her that I been here two minutes ago, and she said no it?s shut now. Like what the ? and there were another hour until the shop shuts.

Closing the changes rooms at 6:30pm, when you close at 9pm is madness. I proceeded to shop at another store and bought several items. Why you would do that is beyond me.

Poor management and communication from their staff, purchased an item in store a few weeks ago only to be told I had to pay twice although it went through into my account and had been paid for yet told by the manager that it?s normal and I wasn?t gonna be charged twice and I had to pay again, told me this was a normal thing to happen and I?ll just get my money back as soon as it is accepted. My name and phone number was taken by the manger to call me when the money would be back in my account within a few days. TWO WEEKS later after emailing twice and calling the store I am still waiting for my money back and all I got told to do was go into store, which I cannot due to distance, or sit and wait for this money which seems like it?s never gonna be returned to me. For such a big company you wouldn?t think they had to steal money from customers. A joke

Fitting rooms closed at 8:40, upstairs staff told me it was because they are short staffed despite there being 2 or 3 members of staff up there...downstairs staff stood at the fitting room said they were closed as they close in 20 minutes even though there were 2 members of staff at the fitting room entrance hanging clothes onto the unwanted railing. I had 3 items to try, left the clothes and probably won't be back to this branch staff always seem like they don't care.

Shop is big enough with two floors but choice for men and kids is so limited. There is nothing to buy. Primark next doors is much much better.

Enjoyed shopping here with the final sales. Bonus was Ebony at the till on Friday morning who was so patient with us using voucher and codes at the till. She didn?t make us feel a burden at all. Great customer service!
