First class customer service. Extremely knowledgeable.Went in for my test and they put me completely at ease. Test was conducted thoroughly and a full explanation was given at every stage.When the time came to choose a frame they were genuine and honest in their advice. Didn?t try to up-sell me or pressurise in any way.I ultimately decided upon a Tom Ford frame. They didn?t have it in stock but went the extra mile to find it for me.Cannot recommend them enough.
