Booked a windscreen repair for 2 but wasn?t seen until nearly half past. What is the point of booking a slot if you don?t actually get seen at that slot. The slot before us was free so it?s not like we were waiting for the previous job to finish. Might as well have booked on to the 2:30 slot instead. The repair then took longer than advertised as well. No acknowledgment of the delay or apology for wasting our time which was probably the most annoying thing. You have to pay in advance so just had to wait couldn?t leave. Very frustrating experience, would not recommend or use this service again.

Bought a reverse camera from this place. The installation was a waste of time. Whilst my installer fitted it he couldn't get it to work. Had to come back for a second day and still no look. Had 8 hours wasted in total. My installer also said to me that he did another car of the same model and make to mine and had no problems. So what was wrong with mine that he couldn't get it to work ? I think he just told porkies when he really didn't have a clue. Either that or he just didn't like me. It depends if they like you then they look after you.
For having reversing sensors and cameras fitted you are better off going to specialist installers. Although I got reimbursement I wasn't happy with my time wasted.

They double charged me and marked item as collected when it wasn't.
I ordered a battery and fitting from this store but they called to say they didn't have it in stock, however said it was available at the Kilner Way store. I wanted a booked timeslot, so I tried to cancel this order online, and placed another seperate order with the Kilner way store.
I went to Kilner Way and gave my new order number. Fitting was done with all paperwork showing the second order number. Now both orders are showing as collected?! So i've been charged £190.66 twice.
Customer service and online help is a pain to get through, and i'm having to go through hoops to get it sorted.

Customer service is rubbish. Ordered a reverse vehicle camera to be fitted. Rang customer services up she said it?s ready to be fitted I?ll give them a ring I?ve heard nothing.
